The reaSquare standard temperature measuring points, from the Swiss manufacturer Reatec AG, are based on a high-quality, self-adhesive paper carrier to which a single temperature measuring point is applied. reaSquare standard is characterized by a very favorable price and is an alternative to the reaMini standard product. reaSquare can also be applied to the smallest components due to its small size. To achieve the fastest and most accurate response time possible, the measuring points are not covered.
Temperature measuring points in use:
The temperature measuring points are supplied in squares of 100 individual measuring points each. They can be easily attached to the object to be measured and, thanks to their small size, are suitable for uneven and round objects as well as the smallest surfaces. Each individual indicator is a single, uncovered measuring point. As soon as the specified temperature is exceeded, the temperature indicator changes color from white/grey to black within 1 to 2 seconds. The color change is irreversible. Once the temperature has been exceeded, the indicator does not change back to the original color, even if the temperature drops again. Critical temperature fluctuations are also indicated after a longer period of time, e.g. during storage and transport.
